          You are cordially invited to join the Alpha Upsilon Chapter of Alpha Tau
          Alpha (ATA) at California Polytechnic State University.  Alpha Tau
          Alpha is an honorary professional fraternity intent on providing
          professional development opportunities for the fraternity intent on
          providing professional development opportunities for the prospective
          agricultural educator.  We are inviting you to become a new member.

          Alpha Tau Alpha focuses on the professional and educational concerns
          of agricultural education.  By providing specific activities which support
          the organization's goals, ATA meets the needs of those aspiring
          individuals who have made the commitment to vocational agriculture
          and to the teaching profession.  Experiences garnered through ATA's
          activities develop the skills and competencies needed to become an
          effective agriculture instructor.

          Alpha Tau Alpha may serve as a capstone to your Collegiate Future
          Farmers of America involvement and your agricultural experiences at
          Cal Poly.  In addition, ATA provides stepping stone opportunities into
          the California Agricultural Teachers' Association (CATA).
